Day 9 of the Sochi Olympics will feature medals being awarded in five events, highlighted—in terms of American hopefuls—by the women's snowboard cross and the men's Alpine skiing super-G.
Lindsey Jacobellis and Bode Miller are among the big USA stars in action today.
But the drama-filled action won't be limited to those two events.
Medals also will be awarded in the men's biathlon 15-kilometer mass start, men's cross-country skiing 4x10-kilometer team relay and women's speedskating 1,500 meters. Read on to see how all the medal events play out.
